# IDEA Spaces — LV Agency case study

Brand and 360 communication for one of Portugal's most inspiring cowork spaces

IDEA Spaces is one of the most inspiring coworking projects in Portugal, a brand that started with a single location and now has four spaces, an active community and a clear ambition to keep growing, with new projects launching soon.

At LV, we had the privilege of creating the brand and developing a defining rebrand in IDEA Spaces' history, supporting its evolution and identity maturation over time. This was a deep identity and positioning project designed to reflect not just workplaces, but a true culture of community, collaboration and innovation.

We led the full graphic communication of the spaces, from signage and physical supports to press kits, gifts, institutional materials and event decoration at IDEA. Every detail is designed to ensure visual consistency, personality and a coherent brand experience across all touchpoints.

In parallel, we also developed social media content for IDEA Spaces, translating the community's dynamism, events, people and projects that bring the spaces to life, always with a close, human language aligned with the brand spirit.

### CO-FEST

One of the most memorable moments in this partnership was creating CO-FEST, the first music festival organized by a cowork. A bold, cultural project fully aligned with IDEA Spaces' DNA.

LV developed the event's complete graphic identity, creating a strong, contemporary and distinctive visual language capable of living in digital, physical space and audience experience.

CO-FEST's impact went beyond borders and was recognized with an award at the Lusophone Creativity Awards, acknowledging not only the creative quality of the project but also its cultural relevance.

This is a clear example of how we believe strong brands create memorable experiences, and how IDEA Spaces continues to challenge what a cowork can be.
