At LV, we have developed ongoing internal communication work, supporting the hospital with materials that reinforce organizational culture, closeness and alignment between teams.

Our intervention includes designing and developing awareness campaigns, thematic days communication, internal institutional communication and production of varied graphic materials, from signage and informational assets to visual pieces adapted to different hospital spaces.

We have also collaborated on recruitment campaigns, creating clear, human communication aligned with the institution's values, with the goal of attracting talent and strengthening the hospital's identity as an employer.
